If you have a product or service you would like to sell online, then you are going to need an online shop, also known as an eCommerce website.
Our mantra is about pleasing your visitors first. All of our eCommerce websites are designed to not only look good, but to provide consumers with the best user experience possible by delivering information clearly and implementing a stress free buying process. There is no room for road blocks between your product/service and the hands of customers.
How we work
With an online shop from Knee Deep Design, you’ll receive everything within our business website design service, from eye-catching designs to a well developed CMS to run it on. Since online shops contain so many extra elements including: shop pages, payments processes and email automation, there is a little more work required, however the way we work is similar.
We will always have an initial conversation, be it face to face or over the phone to understand what your goals are, what you want the store to achieve and get an idea of your branding.
We design your store and present visual page mock-up’s to give you the an idea of how the site will look once developed. You are encouraged to provide feedback and request amends at this stage.
After sign-off, we move into development and testing. The store is built using WordPress and WooCommerce, giving you full control of your content, product details, orders etc.
Before handing the website over to you, we undergo training to show you how to populate the store with content, details of this are highlighted below. Once content is being added, more testing is done and then were ready to show the world!
Every eCommerce website is designed to incorporate the businesses brand, be fully responsive, work fast, implement SEO best practices, and give customers the best possible experience when buying from you.
All web stores are very different in terms of build, product type, options etc, Therefore, unlike the standard business website service, training is encouraged and included in the price. In order for you to get up and running, we will show you how to best load products, set up a payment gateway such as Paypal or SagePay, add delivery options and all the nitty gritty needed to get your store live. Training can be offered either face to face or during a conference call, whichever suits you best.
